Life can be stressful. Sometimes stress is simply unavoidable. However we can learn to respond to it differently.  Mindfulness can give us tools to manage life’s stresses by becoming more present and learning to respond rather than react. In this course we will be learning meditations that help us to generate greater body awareness, breath awareness and positive emotion. You will also learn short, manageable exercises to fit into your everyday life. 

Mindfulness won’t make stressful situations go away but will help us to lead fuller, more resilient lives.
