Regular massage throughout pregnancy relaxes tense muscles, eases sore spots, improves circulation and mobility and is tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies.

Carrying a baby changes the centre of gravity and puts a lot of stress on back, neck, abdominal muscles and shoulders. Pregnancy also relaxes ligaments, so that pelvic joints are less stable, which can change posture, pulling the pelvis forward which can lead to back pain or discomfort.
