This yoga class is designed specifically for women approaching (peri-), in or over their menopausal life transition. Women experience emotional and physical fluctuations throughout their lives as part of their natural aging process. Yoga may help regulate hormones & other changes as the body shifts from one life stage to the next.

This yoga class includes breathing techniques and peaceful guided relaxation. Suitable for beginners to yoga as well as those with a regular yoga practice.

Class size is limited to a maximum of 8, to allow for a more bespoke yoga experience.
