Core Strength Yoga

Strengthening your core supports your back.  Many movements that our body makes either begin or pass through our core. 


The core supports are spinal column and connects your upper and lower body together, and without good core strength the body becomes imbalanced, putting undue stress on other parts of our body to compensate for lack of strength within the core.

Join Jana in this 5 week course where she will share with you the movements and yoga poses that will add strength and control to your body. As always the classes are limited to 6, giving Jana a perfect opportunity to truly get to know you and where you are in your practise and then tailor the classes to each individual needs.
